Three people went and looked at it and documented it, supervisor that drives around the park was notified, our office was notified several times and my mother's name is on the list of issues for Brightview, I called and spoke to **************** at their main number 2 months ago and the agent tried to switch me to the person in charge at the ***** branch but they were in a meeting and the agent also claimed to have sent an email to the ** as well as the person in charge in ***** and on JI called **************** to complain to the *** but an agent intercepted, tried to reach out again to the person in charge in ***** who happened to be in another meeting today (?). Brightview Lawn cutters made 2 holes in my mother's siding in September 2022.
